HOW WE GOT STARTED
GCT Group LLC was founded in 2014 as
Metrix Information Technology Services.
We wanted to provide our clients with custom
tailored services that would help them grow
and remain profitable. Our goal is to make their
IT assets work for them, not the other way around.
Today we provide a whole host of services that help
customers expand in an ever changing technology
environment and take challenges head on.

Meet the Owners
GREG TAYLOR
Founder and President
IT Services
Greg has over 25 years in IT support and management. His professional career began in 1998 as a contract consultant for Taos Mountain/QUE Unlimited contracted out to various companies providing UNIX and Network Systems Administration support.
Through his experience, he founded Metrix Information Technology Services, or Metrix IS, in December of 2014 and has continued to grow the business, restructuring it as GCT Group in 2020.
He handles the day to day tasks of supporting clients, planning projects and putting together resources such as subcontractors and strategic partners to make IT projects successful.
CHRISTI PANCHO
Vice President
Sales and Marketing
Christi has done marketing and sales for over 20 years. Her sales career began in retail as a sales associate for Kroger.
Through her career, she gained experience in sales, marketing, management and customer service.
She joined GCT Group LLC during it's restructuring in 2020 as co-founder and Vice President
Today, she handles high level marketing strategies and sales calls for our AVN customers. Manages our Social Media presence and helps source partnerships for our business so we can provide even more resources and support to our clients.
